Gamma Carry is a newly designed portable Thunderbolt 3 storage designed by Accusys that is portable, shockproof and extremely quiet. Not only is it perfect for post production, it's also tailor-made for the DIT Digital Imaging Technician) and users who need portable storage.

Whisper-quiet at under 45 dB, the Gamma Carry is perfect for colorists to place on the desktop. The new LED on/off switch can help colorists focus on their work without being distracted by the flashing front panel LED light. Gamma Carry also uses a software-controlled smart fan to automatically adjust its speed depending on the system temperature, serving both ventilation and energy saving purposes. The configuration of the power supply has been improved and can be easily removed and replaced. In addition, the user can charge their laptop while editing with 60W power via the Thunderbolt3 cable.

The newly designed disc tray positioning pin can reduce the risk of damage to the discs and backplane due to shock or abrasion during shipping. The recessed handle design makes it easy to carry and when the user needs to stack several tanks on top of each other. The original Gamma Carry packaging materials are compatible with the Pelican case 1510, making it easy to carry and go without the need for additional special packaging. Gamma Carry provides 2 Thunderbolt 3 (Type-C) ports. One of the ports can connect to the host with 40Gb bandwidth and the other can daisy chain up to 6 Thunderbolt 3 devices. Gamma Carry supports 8 SAS/SATA enterprise class HDDs and SSDs and is available with RAID Level 0, 1, 5, 6, 0+1 (RAID 10) and JBOD. Transfer speeds of up to 2,600 MB/s (SSD). With the optional portable tray, the user can use the hot plug function for instant access to the SSD hard drive, plug and play.

60W Power Supply
Gamma Carry is equipped with a 400W power supply and therefore can continuously supply 60W of power to your laptop via Thunderbolt copper cable while editing.

SSD Reader
With optional SSD trays or Atomos trays (up to 2), Gamma Carry can convert to a 6-bay or 7-bay RAID system. The built-in reader allows you to quickly transfer your data from the standard SSD card or any card supported by the Atomos tray to RAID and vice versa. They are also compatible with 2.5” hard disk.
